Our rates
Our rates are twenty pounds per hour (plus all the tea we can drink!) This is the same no matter what time of day, and includes weekends. If we can't fix the problem, and also can't recover your data, there will be no charge. You can have an estimate before the technician comes out, and if the problem turns out to be more serious or less serious than expected you will be advised at every stage howw much the total cost is likely to be.
The only other charges are for excess travel costs outside the M25 area (within the M25 we do not charge for travel), cab fare if you require an emergency fix in the middle of the night (or the technician has to stay after midnight and needs a cab home). Also if you want new hardware or writable CDs to back your data up this is extra, but will be charged at cost.
Laptop power socket repairs where the laptop is sent to us by post are charged at a fixed fee of 125 pounds which includes DHL delivery to your address.
